S5 Alternator Problem

I am putting a low-mileage jdm engine into my 90 TII. I am having 1 problem. I haven't had a rx-7 since last year summer. so i forgot what the s5 alternator connector looks like. the alternator I have does have a sticker that says N370 and the connector looks rectangle or square-ish. but the plug off the harness is oval looking and isnt the size of the alternator connector. Can someone please show me how it looks like. and if someone has this plug let me know.

Your all good, your just missing a wire. For some reason in Japan they have another connector that plugs in to your S5 alt, and into the connector on the harness, it's more like a wire adapter/extension more than anything else.

Well, the alternator I have is JDM, so I can't plug into it. Can someone please show me a pic on how an s5 alternator plug should look like?

Turbo and non turbos use different plugs

If you have a JDM, it should be the plug for a Turbo:

Well, mine is the turbo plug, but I don't have the connector to plug onto it. The only one I have is the oval one. Let me take some pics. This is the only thing stopping me from starting my car right now, and no i dont wanna run off the battery, cuz it will drain.

That's great, it should be a short 7" cable with grey plugs on both ends, with oneside bitter than the other.
