Hello,
Have done a google and cant find the answer. Do s5 springs fit s4 struts?
I have a 1988 FC3C Vert Series 4 which im wanting to get some lowering springs for but the ones im after list only 89/91 for the years.
Just confirming they fit and the only difference between s4 and s5 is spring rates/suspension brand and not different suspension entirely.
Thanks

They should fit fine. Mazdatrix lists the same spring for all years. they only list a different part for the convertible vs the coupe. That is probably because the vert is heavier and has a different spring rate.

I think one side may be longer on the vert as well if I remember correctly, but might be wrong... Racing Beat actually lists the vert spring rate being softer than coupe.
I had a vert and a GXL at the same time once and put the GXL suspension on the vert, no problems.
