stock spring differences?
hi guys, i recently aquired a set of TII springs(for free) and was wondering if it would be advantageous to stick em on my GXL. i am already planing on going with some different shocks (but i am very cheap, these will probably be something only a little better than the ones i already have) so i can replace my shitty AAS. (i really hate it)
thanks guys!

The spring rates between a base model suspension and T2, GTUs suspension are different as far as I know. The spring rate on the T2 is approx. 116lbs/inch front and 105.6lbs/inch rear.

According to the Mitchell parts listings on the FC:
In the S4 there are Heavy Duty (which are found in the Sport/88GTU/and T2), Standard (which are found in the base, Luxury, GXL, SE) and the 'vert springs (which are almost the same as the heavy duty).
In the S5 the coupes are all sprung the same, with the vert getting the only heavy duty springs. Yep in the S5 even the Turbo Springs are the same as the GTUs springs, which are the same as the GTU and GXL springs. The differences in models on the S5 are in the shocks and stabilizer bars.
