s4-s5 turbo engine swap
i just bought a 87 turbo2 with a s5 jspec engine that did not run. i don't know what they did but they used the s5 front cover with the electric omp and i don't know what intake manifold they used and it idles at like 4000rpm and if you turn it off it won't start for a while or next day or if you change the plugs it will start i tried taking the fuse out to and it won't start . i took off the intake manifold and the last port of the intake was dirty and kind of smelled like gas but looked kind of like oil and what othe things do i need to change to make it work with a s4 car

What fuse are you talking about? It sounds like flooding if you shut it off and it won't start. As for the high idle, look in the Haynes manual or FSM for how to adjust the idle, timing check, and check for vaccuum leaks. From there, I would change the oil, coolant, spark plugs and wires, filters (oil air and fuel), and the belts if the ones on there look old.
