well if you do a little searching it will help. these questions come up ALL the time... it gets old.

motor will fit in, but if you want to do everything the RIGHT way, you'll need to swap much more than the motor. read about it.

Strip the S5 down to the block, put the S4 flywheel and front cover on it, along with the manifolds, and you're done. No wires to cut, just plug n' play.

read out the mazda fsm. goto the fuel / emissions section look for control unit in there and get the pin out codes for s4 ecu/body. in the s5 same but you'll see the pin out codes and wiring diagrams all in the same page.

theres the first tip. to actually RUN a s5 t2 ecu into a stock n/a s4 body. after that its all on you.

SEARCH . READ . RESEARCH!!!! LEARN!!!!! LOOK AT YOUR CAR!!!! DOO IT!!! TAKE YOUR SWEET TIME AND LOVE IT!!!

become a non ******* smart rx7 owner

welcome

Quoted directly from the FAQ:

Can I swap a Turbo engine/Jspec engine/13BT/etc into my Non Turbo?
Yes, check these links:
https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...threadid=26647
http://www.rotaryresurrection.com/ro...conversion.htm

What Turbo kits can I add onto my non turbo RX-7?
There are no longer kits formally made at the time of this post, however there are companies from time to time that do make available non turbo to Turbo Kits. Because most of these companies stop building the kits, or go out of business in short time, it is impossible to keep active links for them.

Most people that turbo a non turbo make their own kits:
Using the stock TII turbo, exhaust manifold with spacer, NA intakes and NA ECU:

Using the stock TII turbo, exhaust manifold, intakes, ECU:

Now, keep in mind that the S5 and S4 are two totally different cars with regards to the electrical system. The engine, harness and ECU are not directly swappable. To make the S4 stuff work in the S4 car requires a significant amount of rewiring. The easiest way to do this swap is to use a standalone, but that requires knowledge in tuning.

If you intend to do a TII swap, your best bet is to stay within your series.
