S4 > S5 turbo

I have to rebuild my turbo but I was wondering if a S5 turbo, manifold, dp will fit an S4? Will the oil returns fit? I'm going to have the S5 turbo replaced to a hybrid.

Yep, hope you have the s5 turbine housing and wastegate actuator too.

LOL god damn, should I just go with the S4 turbo and wg? I'm going to buy a set and have them worked on while I drive my car. What do you think?

All I need to do is rebuild a hybrid, and port my wg. Anyone on this board port wgs for a fee?

You can see here the big difference in WG design between the s4 and s5 turbo. The s4 WG is just crap compared to the s5 and someone does port WG's, I forget this name but charges you $30, and you pay for shipping both ways, don't think its worth it though. I say you just call some auto shops in your area and have them do it if you dont trust yourself porting.

why don't you just find a cheap s5 for sale? I'm getting a pretty low mileage s4 for about 100 buck plus shipping. you could probably get a low mileage one that someone took off for a hybrid upgrade for cheap and also I know you can get the mani for cheap as well.

I found an S5 turbo for sale, but I'm going to need alot more parts to do the swap, and all I'm looking to do is replace my leaking turbo! In order to replace it to a hybrid I need a big enough wg to handle the hybrid.

Lets say I want the S5 turbo and wastegate, what do I need? s5 turbine housing and wastegate actuator? Doesn't the housing come with the turbo? And the actuator the flap thats in the wg?
