S4, S5 transmisson's are same or not. w/ pcture

the other day my clutch went flat. running through all the problems i thought it was a bent clutch when actually it was the pivot point that the fork sits on.

im running; 88 s4 trans, with s5 fork and bearing.

question; are the s4, s5 forks and trans different

b/c

problem; clutch slips like it is out. but before i put new fork and bearing in it was okay.

this is what the broken pivot point looks like.

I'm using an S4 tranny on an S5 car with the S5 clutch assembly and have no issues.
