s4 to s5, swap questions

im finishiing up my swap, and got some problems... s4 na, to s5 t2, but heres the problem, i get fuel, i get spark, i get crank, but no fuel inside the chambers... im thinking i got my fuel lines reversed... is that going to damage my PD? any other idea why im not getting fuel into the chamber? the engine was running before it was pulled out, and all wiring seems to be correct... any suggestions would be great...

Yeah. You know the fuel lines on the left side of the engine? Yes. Well find the one that comes from the fuel filter. Do nothing with that one. Leave it alone.

Go to the other line, the Return line. WIth the fuel pump check connector jumpered and the key to ON, pull that line off. Fuel should pour out under pressure IF everytning is routed right.

Seems that is a good Starting point. No fuel pouring out with the key to On and the jumper installed in the fuel pump chcck connector is bad. Do check to make sure you can hear the pump running under those conditions.

Thats a good diagram of how the lines should be run.

The fuel runs different on a JSPEC engine. I have no dwg of JSPEC (it's somewhere on this forum though), but read the following thread and the words of NZCONVERTIBLE (he has a JSPEC). https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...t=FUEL+DIAGRAM

haha, no i dont have a jspec, its just that ok, if i put the lines one way, then when i pull them both out, fuel comes out of both lines... if i do it the other way... the return line gets no fuel coming out, and wen i pull the feed line, theres alot of pressure, and alot of fuel... so which way is correct? bcause if i did the first way, with both lines having fuel come out, i get no fuel from the injectors, because i smell my spark plugs and smell no fuel at all...

wen i get home from work, i will take a picture and post it, so u could tell me either the left or right is a feed line... and im talking about the engine side, not the chassis side... thanks
