HI welcome to the forums. Look at the top of this page and you will see the search button, handy lil gizmo can find just about anything you'd like. There is also the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) at the top of the threads list with much of the info you will need. And lastly there is the archives(bold letters above time slips and dynos) and has alot of useful write-ups and talks about just about everything.

Basically if you can think of it, it has been covered at least 60times or more. Best to search first, read, then ask a question about a specific question relating to your general question, rather than be flammed for not searching or reading the FAQ.

There are many differences between the two cars. If you want to convert an S4 to S5 fully, off the top of my head you will need to replace:

-all wiring
-engine, ECU, etc.
-complete interior
-all audio stuff
-lower control arms, sway bar end links
-front and rear bumpers, side trim
-taillights, mirrors
