CA S4 NA to S4 T2 swap question

I think I finally figured out why my car doesn't run. So before I attempt to fix it myself, has anyone ever done it this way. I have an S4 NA shell and I swapped an S4 T2 motor with the engine harness. On this website (Rotary Resurrection home of the budget rebuild. ) it says I have to run 2 wires from the back of the alternator into one of the orange clips inside the cabin and they're black and white wires. Can someone show me a pic of those orange clips and the wires? I think I know what they are, but I want to make sure before I start cutting wires.

That won't cause your car not to run, having those wires disconnected.
