S4 Differential Question

S4 Differential Question
So as many of you have seen Im going to be doing a TII swap in the future. I want to do the swap properly, but funds are kind of limited. So I was wondering, how much my power my S4 differential could hold? Because I'd rather not have to swap out the entire rear end. I dont plan on running more than stock boost for a good while, and I would probably upgrade to a KAAZ or Cusco diff eventually.
In short:
Plan A: TII engine + TII Tranny + Mazdatrix Driveshaft+ N/A Diff (eventual upgrade)
Plan B: TII engine + TII Tranny + TII Rear end conversion
Opinions please.
Also, what about just upgrading the internals of the diff.?

I can say a buddy of mine had a supercharged turbo motor and his n/a diff blew up when he launched at 180whp. Other then that it seemed fine including a couple of auto-xs. He now runs a welded n/a diff and it has stayed together.
I would strongly recommend upgrading to a turbo dif to avoid the worry factor or at least get some n/a spares.

I have an S5 TII motor/trans/ then I have a TII driveshaft the all I did was redrill the end of it to match to the NA rear( hubcentric so its balanced) And ive been beating the **** out of it for a few months and it still locks fine.

This is my S4 NA LSD diff. It was a replacement for a non lsd diff I destroyed. Drove on the street for several years. Numerous AutoX, several Open Track days and two runs at the drags. The next day at the AutoX it did this on the first run.
I have ~165hp to the wheels on a Street port with RB Street headers and 2.5" single pipe straight exhaust.
If you are going to spend the money on a driveshaft to adapt to the NA diff. I would suggest putting that money towards the turbo diff to begin with. If you are lucky you may find a parts car for less than the individual parts will cost.

You could always leave the N/A trans + driveshaft, diff, etc in until you get the TII components. It'll save you some money b/c you won't have to buy the mazdatrix driveshaft. That's what I did. Just dont beat on it tooo hard. Then when you get the TII components swap it all in at once.

everybody here basically has the same good advice,
wait till you get the good componets, and do it right the first time, because if you dont something that you take for granite and dont change with the rest of the swap will end up giving you a problem unexpectedly.

As far as the N/A transmission goes. I have broken 2nd gear twice. Once the gear lost two teeth, the second time the counter shaft lost teeth. I have also broken teeth on first gear at an AutoX from a hard launch.
