S3 Lower intake mani's on S4 block?

S3 Lower intake mani's on S4 block?
Can anyone tell me for sure if a S3 lower intake will fit a S4 block? Do the studs line up? Don't care if I have to port match just need to be able to bolt an S3 LIM to a S4 block.
