1. Porting your engine- when yuo port your engine you have to obtain the bigger parts for the bigger holes and more air flow right?

2. Cold Air- every site i go to it says the only thing for T2 is a K&N cone and it has no piping, can i use different cones and i have to make my own custom pipping right?

No.

Sure, but it's very hard to make a true cold air intake.
Stare at the engine bay for a while - you end up having to cut somewhere...

TB? im trying to umderstand this porting thing, ok, for insance, in i have a 2 in. exhuast and the waste-gate same, if i ported the waste gate bigger, to let more air get out if the engine quicker, would i need a bigger diameter down pipe for the larger hole? this is an example, or do i just sound like dont understand, and if it doesn, then try to explain porting cuz i dont get it..

think of it this way you take a hole that is 2" in diameter when the air passes through it, it will be slower than if you have a hole that is say 2.5 or 3". when you streetport a motor you dont actually have to increase size in exhaust or intake(but it helps with exhaust)

for the intake i just bought an ebay MAF adapter and found a cone filter for like 5 bucks...

then once you want to upgrade the intake you can make an airbox or buy one here is the like to it if you want to check it outAir Box

Okay, I understand what you're trying to say...

Repeat after me...
"The turbo is the restriction."
"The turbo is the restriction."
"The turbo is the restriction."

Now does it make sense?
