Rx7 wont start, injectors maybe??

So i just finished up all the wiring on my n/a to t2 swap and went to start it. But it will not. it has spark and fuel up to the injectors, i took out the primary fuel rail to see if fuel sprays. It does not. I switched ecu's, still doesnt spray, i think its either that they are very dirty or not getting a signal from the ecu. The guy who sold them to me said they worked perfectly in his car when i told him i was having trouble getting them to work, so maybe electrical?? Im not sure at this point. any help would be great, Thanks.

What EMISSION harness did you use for the engine? The stock non turbo one or ??????

Is this a JSPEC engine or a?????????

And y0u know that the fuel lines on a JSPEC hook up backwards from a USA engine????????

And if you jumper the Fuel Pump Check Connector and the key is to ON, do you hear the fuel pump run????????

I am using a usdm s4 turbo emissions harness on the car (it has the winshield wiper hook up so it must be usdm). The engine is a s5 jspec, but im pretty sure i have the fuel lines right cause i have no emissions and i ran new fuel lines. One line from the fuel filter right to the primary rail and the other from the secondary to the return line. The fuel pump is working, tested that. So im just not sure, i think tomorrow im going to take the injectors to get checked out and cleaned, and im going to check the electrical hook ups and make sure its not that. I dont think it is though cause everything else is working properly from the s4 harness.

Ok so just tested all my injector plugs with a mutimeter, and nothing. None of them are getting any volts at all. The injectors themselves however read correct ohms for high impedence, so they seem to be in working order. My winshield wipers work off the same emissions harness, so it is getting power to some things. And when i turn the key all the warning lights come on. The injectors seem to be good, but just not getting any power. Anyone have an idea on what i need to check to see whats wrong? Im stumped right now, any insight would be great! Thanks.
