The little Neon will surprise you. Their racing history is formidable, and well documented (road racing, that is). On the track in average cars, it will come down to driver skill. In my TII, I got smoked *badly* by a friends dad (in his Neon R/T w/ exhaust). Just couldn't keep up with him.
My first time at the track, his dad was, well, experiened.
