If your concerned about money which you seem to be then a RX7 defintally isnt for you. You will be putting money in to it. Parts arnt that hard to find and usually arnt exspensive since you will see here people are always selling there used parts.

Although there is a joke about it being cheaper to buy parts car sometimes then it is to actully buy the part.

A stock FC will beat a prelude. You can get a S4 FC for around 1k. Thats how much i paid for mine, granted i had to change the rearend mount and drive shaft but that was only a couple hundred in parts ( i did my own work). The feeling of driving a car that your not going to see 100 of them on your way to work or school or what ever is a good feeling. The car is Unique. Not to mention when you do happen to see another RX7 driver you usually make friends with them.

over 1/2 the people i hang out with drive a rotary powered car. Im sure alot of us on here are the same way. A prelude isnt unique, you can go to just about any parking lot and find atleast 3. There is only 1 other rx7 at my school and he drives a first gen. And theres 10k+ people at my college.

Besides women love the 7.

Haha most of my friends are rotorheads too...

But I disagree on the women loving the 7 part... The only time they love my car is when I put it to the floor...
Other than that, it's just some loud *** car that leaves them smelling like the business end of a gas can for the next 3 days...

*edit* Shouldn't this be in the lounge by now? It's ventured quite far from being a "tech" thread...

not even close. The h22a is a lot heavier adn bigger than the d16 / d15 (which ever). point is it would be way to front heavy to do anything besides suck in corners. Even good suspension wouldn't help it much.
