i'm not sure about the parking lights. Does your intermittent wiper setting work? more than likely the wiper relay(switch) is bad. You can remove it yourself and send it for re-work. try this website for more info: http://www.mazdamark.com/

sounds like a burnt headlight switch and/or harness, and a bad wiper switch.

my intermids are not working i double checked.

So what items need replaced or repaird? both head light and wiper?

I hope its not harness. that would suck. And I just took the pins out of the harness connector and sodered guages on the wire clip

If the intermittent and high speeds do not work on the wiper switch; the switch needs rebuilding as the relay has failed. I can do that for you, (http://www.mazdamark.com/serv01.htm) or you can try and do it yourself (http://www.mazdamark.com/DIY_wiper_repair.htm), or you can get another wiper switch (http://www.mazdamark.com/switches.htm).

The parking lights or dash lights not working, are probably a burnt headlight switch, and/or headl light switch harness. They will need to be replaced if this is the case. The only way you can tell will be to look at the back of the headlight switch.

Both these problems are also found in the FAQ for FC sticky thread at the top of this section. You may wish to read that thread before posting as it covers many of the common issues found on the 2nd gen RX-7 as well and common questions.
