Running lean in the left bank!

I think I spun a rod bearing. Or my generator is starting to squeal. I dunno. Can you guys help me out? I have a 14BT-Type R motor. I need I a rotory-aholic expert opinion. No silly stuff boys. STP!!!!!

My cams have been kind of noisy lately, too. I think its just the cold weather...
