If you want better traction you need wider tires, otherwise youll just be spinning em up and not getting that grip u want , especially on tight corners and on takeoff..my 240sx had 195 60 15s' and they didnt seem like anything special to me, but then again its all in the driver ...but having skinnier tires is always a negative, skinnier tires always bald quicker ... at least i would think.. if u want superior handling get the 225 45 15"s or 215 55 or whatever , the wider and lower the profile the better... my car has 185 70 14"s which is the ultra shitty handling

Although to me, a 195 performance tire will easily out perform a 205 all season...

If what you have on your car now is crap, and the 195's are good, i dont see why not.

also, with the 195/60's your speedometer would be off and read faster than you're going.

You're only talking 1 cm difference in width from 205 to 195. If the price is THAT good go for it. Can you spend the difference on something else on your car or are we talking only $40 diff? Remember though, there is no good deal on bad tires.

225's wil fit....you may experience some rubbing in the front though. I'd go with a set of 215's all the way around....
