FB stamped all over my fc 13b?

Ive got my 13bt up on the cherry picker, and IM seeing in various locations such as teh motor mounts and a couple places on the car the stamp FB such and such? Did they use FB motor mounts in 87 as an overstock in the factories for the 13bs??

FB is the first part of the model number. I think you guys are confusing it with the US VIN.
