Rtek1.8+720injectors(video)
Hi. I few moths ago I took the car to the mechanic because it couldn't start. The mechanic removed the CAS to check it and finally It was ok. After many tests I changed the ECU and the car started and runned okey. Yesterday I changed the OEM injectors for 4x720 injectors and the rtek 1.8. Now, when I start the car the idle is unstable and the Afr also, the mix is arround 10.5-11.5. I have checked the timing with the timing light and It is more or less ok. The supplier of the new injectors has told me that the CAS is not correctly instaled. Any help would be awesome. Thanks
Here you can see the engine working:

I find strange that the correct position of the CAS has to be in the extreme left side. However, I have checked the timing with the timing light and it's ok. I have bought the injectors in a local store and they come from China. Honestly, I don't know if they work properly. If I accelerate the vehicle lightly the engine works well. But, when I accelerate it to the maximum, It starts working in a wrong way (you can see It in the video). Thank you for your prompt response

Too many variables. You mentioned the car didn’t start and really nothing was changed to remedy the situation. Could be a problem elsewhere.
but now it starts and I see it doesn’t run properly in the video. Even try new spark plugs? Maybe the ones you have installed are fouled. Won’t fix the afr issue but may allow it to run better.
open the old ecu and check for burnt traces or components?
did you get those injectors flow tested before install? Guessing not since at that price point, probably would’ve bought injectors from a reliable source.
I’d have to reread up on using a timing light. I remove the cas cover and align the spinning assembly with the Hall effect sensors to obtain alignment. That’s why I mentioned it looks to me you’re running fully retarded timing but I could be wrong.

Hi. Finally, I changed the ECU and it seems that it was the reason of the failure. After changing it, the car started and runned correctly. However, after that, I installed a Rtek 1.8 and the 720cc injectors, and the vehicle started to fail. Yesterday, I changed the 720cc injectors for the OEM injectors. The car started to work better but the mixture at the idle was the same that the one obtained with the 720cc injectors: 10.5-11.5AFR. Could a bad installation of the CAS be affecting the mixture? Thank you in advance
