rough idle

rough idle

my idle seems to be a bit jumpy somtimes it idles up high and bounces back down hard and shuts off my car.Anyone know what can be done?

UM tryin using the SEARCH IN THE 2ND GEN SECTION THATS WHY ITS THERE GOD DAMN NOOBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

also noticed to the idle changes when i turn on/off the lights.

thats just cuz ur lights put load on the alternator, which in turn, puts load onto the engine, therfore bogging the engine down a touch

it turned off on me today turning on the car as soo as i started it,it turned off.

i know this is from awhile ago but not sure if you fixed or not yet, but if your still having a problem start up the car and make sure to rev it so it does not die, then have someone else push the end into the trottle position senser if you can get the car to stay alive to see if that levels out the idle or not
