Question rotor and rotor housing reusable ??? + pics

I'm rebuilding my engine and I took pics of a rotor that is damaged a bit and a rotor housing that doesn't seem that good to me.

Here is the rotor housing:

And here the rotor:

I think if I use a lime it could be reusable.

They engine was not blown, the compression was 90 psi on both rotor and everything was stripped off so I decided to rebuilt + port it.

What do you guys think ?

Thanks

Rotor - first picture is all that was needed - TOAST
Rotor Housing - looks pretty bad in the pic's. I would not use it at all.

"Toast" is a colloquial English term (slang) to describe something is dead/done with/gone/terminated/etc.

Yes, it is dead

It looks like your engine tried to eat something by the looks of that rotor.

I recheck apex seals and there are not chipped. I don't know why it's like this. Probably a strange particule entered the engine.

Will a pair of FD rotor housing or s4 TII fit ? It would be easier for me to find s5 TII, s4 TII or fd than s5 TII only.
