well if you know how to weld you can do it yourself when they say you want a 4 point roll cage or a 6 point roll cage means where how many ends of the roll cage connect to the chassis i think the smallest is 4 and its just 4 ends of the tube welded to the chassis and the higher you go the more point are welded to the chassis i think the highest points is 26 but thats for monster trucks for cars i think no more than 12 or something like that

On the bottom row of keys, right between the "," and the "/" buttons, there is a small dot. <- see there it is. Use this to end sentences, so people can understand you....

I can't find any good weld in 6 points. I could make one myself, but I'm lazy. I liked the one they insalled on FC3S.org but it has dead links. Who here has a cool roll bar in their car, and where did they get it?

Exactly. I would say not to worry about one unless the car is a dedicated race car. It's not worth the hassle for a street car.

check the rules of whatever governing association you're planning on competing. It would suck to get a cage, and then get bumped into another class, due to too agressive cage.

For just auto-x, you should not need a roll bar/cage either.

As for a roll bar, where to get it, mine's a custom job..

I have used the autopower or just a custom one we made here in the shop, if you are just trying to look cool go with a autopower 4 point, spd racing (760-787-5759) has them for sale
