roll cage ??
Not all bolt-in roll bars are a piece of crap. Agreed that they are not as good as a custom made welded cage, but alot of bolt-in ones are SCAA approved, and work very nicely in the case of a roll-over. What will you be doing that you need the full cage? Most bolt-in bars Ive seen bolt somewhere to the reat strut tower and have 1 diagonal bar.
hey!!! are you projectsupra? If so, when is that thing gonna be done??? lol
Thanks for the pic...I already kinna understood where they'd mount in my MKIII but my FC has more not-good-to-put-a-lot-of-*******-stress places in the hatch are...and it seems like I've seen several that extended past the rear strut towers, as they do in cory's.

Wow, no I'm projectsupra's brother (younger), and what is he going to do with his car, I'm not real sure, but pretty much I guess he is going to just purly race it if it ever moves it's selve hehe hoho. I can't believe he is that well known. And who is Cory well other than me.

I was referring to the site you linked us to...thought you were project. The only reason I knew it was his car is because he has the only split T-Top MKIII Supra in exitance...and I knew from that pic it was a split T-Top MKIII. He's a regular on Supraforums.com, another site I cruise often.
Yeah he pretty much never comes on here because the last time he did, he asked a question that pissed someone else off, I think it was a really dumb question. And someone chewed him out for not knowning what year an anniversery edition was so he doesn't much like this site anymore. But we never thought he would get those T tops to work in that car, it was more work than I would have done, although I can't do body work that good.
Wow...I'm always telling ppls on the supra forum that the guys here are a lot more polite with their info. The Supra crowd is typically a bunch of ***-holes...especially the MKIV owners.
I'll never understand the T-Tops thing...other than to be unique. It just seems like it'd be easier to either install a sunroof in the top so that it's still removable or just to buy an X-brace...but to each their own.

I think he did T-tops because sunroofs aren't as cool, and he couldn't just do targa top because he would have had to fatten the pig up even more than it already is. And there is an MK4 owner around here that is a huge ***. I walked by his, automatic turbo POS may I add worth much more than mine but it is still an automatic. And his dady bought it for him. but anyway I walked by his car and he was all gripping at me for looking at it wrong.
just to say...an auto Supra TT is a beast. It's not until you get high in the triple digits that the auto becomes useless.
But anyways...yeah I'd like pics...Makenzie71@hotmail.com...
Yeah I know sunroofs aren't as cool but damn that's a lot of work...but I guess it's less than what OSS did to convert his hard-top into a targa top...lol

A beast and will beat the crap out of my car yes, but still I think it is a waste to have an automatic in a car like that. And his is a single turbo, what is worse is that all he has is a cone filter and a custom muffler, so much potential but yet he doesn't even try to unleash it. And with those pictures how come he didn't run the cage into the front suspension towers, and other parts in the front end.

may I add!!
