I don't think it would fit.
I have a Kirk Racing rollbar in my vert.

According to some memebers, here,,the 2nd gen verts come with roll bars, built into the top, unless of course u want it for looks.

With the top up, it does help with rigidity & handling. But it's in no way a roll bar.

I've seen these too in person, but I'd want it "bent" to match the body lines... not square like this:

thier was a guy on ebay selling miata sytle bars for a 2nd gen vert. but yes they were for looks only and if you ever rolled it would probably be the thing that kills you. I am getting the Kirk bar and once I have it installed I might make some changes to it once I see how much it affects the targa top going up and down.

The Kirk Racing roll bar install reduces the rearward seat travel by about 2 inches and appears to affect the seat back recline. So if you are tall, you might consider if you want to sacrifice the 2 inches.

That spoiler even has the cutout for the power antenna.

My spoiler is not a stock part and the company that made it has long since discontinued it.
Yep, not stock.
Nope, not off a Mustang.
It was made specifically for the vert.

I've seen one of those before, on a red vert a few years back. Don't know the manufacturer unfortunately.
