Talking Road Trip! GA -> VT

So, as I speak to you now, I'm sitting on the futon in the living room of the lake house we're staying at in Colchester, Vermont. We made the trip from Georgia to Vermont for my Grandmother's funeral service in a few days. My mom, dad, little brother, sister and six dogs rode in the 2005 Honda CR-V and a friend of mine plus me made the trip in my 87.5 GXL. I have to say, I'm impressed!

For one, the car has now 185,+++ miles on it on the original motor and transmission.

Second, the car sat in a FIELD for a long time before I rescued it.

But here's the real kicker...my fuel economy average. Over two tanks, I got 28mpg...And I'm not fudging that. Over another tank I got 27.8mpg and one night tank with more stop and go trying to find a hotel I only got 25.6mpg. Is that freakin' awesome or what? I actually bested the CR-V which only got 25mpg.

-Proud-

My exhaust came loose though...the RB header and pre-silencer must've vibrated a bit much because the nuts backed off the studs and fell off at some point. w00t...gotta fix that ****.
