Well the rising manifold is for adding a different IAC valve. The factory ecu won't control, or will control poorly, the new one.

The coolant hardline that has a cap on either side and looks like it is held in with two bolts. It is really just held on with two bolts, you can remove it. There are no holes underneath.

Find the iac wire which has been probably tucked into the rats nest, and give the remaining air connection a source of fresh-metered air (from after the maf) and it will work fine.

You need a standalone computer to control the idle valve the rising RPM product requires (it's a regular GM valve). I'm with MMoore, fix your stock system.

Okay great! I have the wire available. Just needs a new clip for it. Should there already be a pre-existing outlet for me to connect it to fresh air or will I have to make one myself?
