Exclamation right blinker

Ok I have been having a problem with my right blinker for a while, got a ticket last sat. and Im forced to fix the blinker before the 7th or I have to pay $150.00. Now the blinker:

It doesnt work only on the right side.
Neither the back or the front of the right side work.
The blinker arrow on the cluster doesnt turn on.
When I put the switch to the right it makes the blinking sound but very fast.
I replaced all light bulbs.
When I put the Hazards, only the left side works.

Well this is all I know about it....Since when I put the hazards only the left side works I think that tells me that is not a bad switch. So if its not the switch what is it? Please HELP!!!

I dont think they have relays for each one and if they do they are inside the cpu.....do they have relays for each one?

Yes, of course... otherwise all the lights would flash instead of just one side, when you put on your blinker

yea that happened to me w/my brake lights on my vert. On the left hand side of the floorboard on drivers side behind footrest theres a small cpu held by one bolt. I fixed mine by getting a donor cpu and switching the brake switch circuit board. you may need to just replace with the donor it being the turn signals. I would also recommend getting a haynes manual since it has circuit diagrams in it, but this site has them too. just print them off from here. GOOD LUCK!
