wouldnt it weaken the structure of the car to cut off the front clip and weld on a new clip from another car?

Maybe I came off as flaming you, Red, but the truth is if you got the kahonies to do it, then rock on. It isn't something you see every day, and if it makes you grin when you climb aboard, then do it.

Yeah, honestly if you're asking us price, you've already considered that someone will make fun of it, but whatever... it would be interesting if nothing else... I've never seen a RHD Rx7 here...

way less than 15,000. I cut the front of my 240sx off b/c rust. I welded another clip on. it cost 800 bucks to do that (i stripped everything out so all he had to do was weld/cut). I'm gonna do another silvia conversion but i'll be smarter this time. I'll just leave the engine in .

It saves a **** load of time and for 800 bucks it's not bad.

Uhm cutting frame hmmm, just for a fake rhd? Better off getting an rhd rx7 from japan. At least it can be genuine if thats wut ur going for...but ull have all that importing bullshit to deal with. But u wont have a weak *** frame. If u do the conversion, I hope u intend on just staring at ur car and not driving it. Wutever floats ur boat tho.
