For the one video and a couple picts of the engine bay, I've got a couple others that aren't as jumpy though
The enginebay itself doesn't look that "wow", or maybe i'm just used to it.

Nope, I was using a used Castrol GTX oil bottle for my catchcan for awhile, now I just run lines down below the engine... paving my gravel driveway slowly.

As for the thing next to the overflow bottle, its actually an air pump to activate the aux ports and vdi. I'm not sure if you can see in that pict, but the air line from it leads below the radiator, back up and to the air distro ball valve thing, where it gets sent off to the two aux ports, the vdi, and one port left for the bleed.

Ahh, i just thought it was ironic at first, I have my catchcan there, routed through the factory purge control valve metal line..

That was part of the vac rack right? Long gone, but I do need to make a catch can somewhere, having it drip on the driveway isn't great.

On a turbo car, its connected to the line that goes to the turbo, so it's there unless you cut it away..

The stock ECU is very old technology, and doesn't leave you many options when trying to make big power (or in this case, to rev higher). You can run a dizzy along with a Haltech F10 fuel-only standalone, thats what I run. The haltech will allow you to run a much higher rev limit, all while getting rid of the CAS which is problematic for some. While some people may call it outdated, I've seen it in several 7s and think its a very reliable setup that you can make some serious power from if done correctly.
