Retrictor Pill

I've been having problems with my turbo bleeding off from 10PSI in 3rd to 5PSI at the top of third, could this be the culprit?

I doubt it. The turbo is probably tired. The restrictor pill is used to dampen the the air going to the pressure sensor and the wg actuators on s5's.

My turbo has no shaftplay and the bearings seem fairly new, that's why I cant figure it out..

I dont see a boost controller in your mod list. I think that would help solve the problem if the problem wasnt the turbo itself. So your boost is creeping to 10psi and then dropping? Is your wg ported?
