AZ Replacing coils/shocks, anything else as well?

I'll be replacing my stock springs/shocks with some lowering springs and tokico blues. While I'm in there, do you guys recommend changing anything else out? (bushings, mounts, etc) I'm mainly looking for stuff that will most likely be worn after 170k miles. And maybe things that will make an improvement to the stock setup (without denting my pocketbook too much).

Thanks for any suggestions, just want to be prepped and have all the parts ready, rather than do this twice..

Bushings are pretty cheap, but the labor is what sucks.

Changing out coils/shocks is pretty simple and not invasive at all, so if you want to do any of the suggested items later, it's not like it's going to be any additional hassle than it would be if you did it the same time as the coils/shocks.

Depending on how far from oem you want to go.
MMR Delrin bushings are awesome.

My front control arms are so much better now.
I also did the DTSS and rear diff mounts in delrin.

Only part that is hard is pressing out the old DTSS. All the other ones can be removed with a screwdriver, hammer, and a pipe or something.

Strut mounts, boots and bump stops. You are taking them off and they are surely worn out. Replace them while you are in there, no extra labor.

check the Orielly/autozone/jegs type places before you *cough* up the money at say... mazdatrix.

I dunno about the whole delrin bushing thing. It really depends on what you do with the car and how much comfort you want. These are *solid* mounts with no compliance.

Comfort and performance are not mutually exclusive. Maybe some poly bushings on the sway bars and poly swaybar endlinks.

Check the ball joints and rod ends as well. My drivers ball joint had ~1mm of in/out play after 125k

You'll need a coil spring compressor If you are gonna do it yourself.

Solid mounts are out of the question for me. Too harsh for my taste. I like a nice balance of comfort and performance.
