Repairs to RB Downpipe and turbo exhaust stud

Do you think Racing Beat will replace my Downpipe?
I have had it for years. and is like the 1st in the series and has an EGT hole.

I wanted to repair/replace my down pipe since i found a crack in it. So with out using PB Blaster i try and take the nuts off and break the 1st stud i try...

So now i have pulled the Turbo and removed it to get the stud tapped and replaced.
Note that all the emissions were inplace.

Had to only loosen the ABS, but removed the ACV, Air Pump , ABS stand , Air flow meter, Air filter and IC piping. Turbo heat shields.

Take a look @ the pitures.

i had that happen to mine, its from the presilencer hitting stuff/being bottomed out too much. it could also be bad exhaust hangers.

we had mine welded up, and its been fine ever since
