removing water pump pulley

hey im trying to remove the water pump pulley but the big pulley under it is in the way.
The pulley in the way is the timing pulley. Do I have to remove that one to take out the water pump pulley?
In the Haynes manual they dont.
Thanks!

Yep, but its easy. There are 4 bolts (if I remember right) you remove from the crank pulley( I think they are 10mm). You DO NOT have to touch or remove the big center crank bolt.
