Removing First Row Of Throttle Butterflies

I tried to take them out for a half-assed TB mod, but I ended up stripping the screws! Those are the tightest/weakest screws ever! Any ideas on how to remove these now?

Funny guy! But seriously, drill em out? This was my first idea. I really do not want to buy another TB, but we will see.

I was serious. acid would work, slowly though, and it would have to be monitored.
It was second only to drill though. I drilled mine.

Disadvantages? Loss of the cold start system. Not as highly recommended in cold climates.
