You can take off the cats, all three. Replacing them with a straight pipe. You can remove the air pump on 86-88 models and the ACV. You need a block off plate for the ACV.
Your 5th and 6th actuators can be wired open. However in my opinion I wouldn't. You loose some bottom end and gain nothing up top.

This'll be a Turbo from Japan, so only one cat and no aux ports.

Lose the cat, the air pump and the air control valve on the side of the intake mainfold. All the hoses associated with the air pump can go (incuding the silencer under the RHS headlight), and you'll need to make a block-off plate from 3-5mm aluminium plate to replace the AVC. You'll also need to replace the ACV's studs with shorter bolts. The vac line for the pressure sensor needs to be tee'd into the BOV vac line, but don't lose the restrictor pill in the end of the pressure sensor's line. The other three vac lines off the AVC can just be capped off. This is an afternoon's work.
Since there's now only one belt on the water pump, it'll probably slip and squeal, so replace the alternator's pulley with a double-sheath one and run two belts.

Depends on the year, but most of them can go. I don't run any on my FC racecar, but I run full fuel pressure all the time, so I don't need the fuel press solenoid, and I'm NA, so no twinscroll.. VDI/6 ports are wired open, so no solenoid there

You shouldn't just ditch the whole lot:

Green - Twin-scroll turbo control solenoid: if you want the twin-scroll system to work, this has to stay. If you remove the twin-scroll flap from the exhaust manifold, you can remove it.
Gray - Switching valve solenoid: part of the ACV that you're removing, so it's not required any more.
Blue - Relief valve solenoid: also part of the ACV, not required.
Orange - Fuel pressure regulator control solenoid: leave this one, it helps hot-starting.

Have a look at this thread for a pic of my removed ACV.

I've just read another of your posts with your mods. Why are you asking about removing emission controls when they're already gone?

That's probably a fuel pump cut-off switch, used to stop flooding. Unless your injectors are clogged and/or your compression is low, there's no need for it. If you need to use this switch, you have problems. Remove the injectors and have them professionally cleaned; if that doesn't work get a compression test done.

What's an "abver"?
