Redline 75w90NS??
I'd be very careful about using any type of "gear oil" in your transmission.
Most gears oils have sulfates in them so they can handle higher loads.
Sulfates also attack yellow metals like copper and brass.
Welp, guess what your synchros are made out of...
I wouldn't use anything that does not say "okay for use in synchromesh transmissions" explicitly on the bottle.
I bet the 75W90NS doesn't.
Redline does make MT90 which is specifically designed for use in your transmission and the proper weight - 75W90.

You may want to contact Red Line. I think it will be OK because Red Line gear oil is non-corrosive up to 300degF, and the Mazda service manual specifies that the transmission can use GL-5. However, given the small cost of gear oil, I wouldn't put it in my transmission without clarification from the manufacturer.
Red Line MT90 for the manual transmission, and 75w90 for LSD. I haven't compared 75w90 and 75w90NS in the non-LSD differential, so I don't know which one works better.
