Rebuilt engine, smoking and consume oil alot???
I had my engine ported and rebuilt. We changed corner seals and ALL gaskets. Now its smoking a lot especially when I start the engine and consumes oil??!! Whats wrong? Everything else is ok. The guy who rebuilt my engine put a castrol 5W60 race oil I think. Could the oil cause the smoke (too low viscosity)? Should I worry or is this "normal". Should I change the oil?

How many miles on the engine? Completely normal for fresh rebuilds for a few hundred miles....
HOWEVER, if someone ported more then a few MM towards the inside of the housing, they have cut into the oil seal area...That would explain your problem.

I'm with Aaron, sounds like who ever ported your engine may have touched into the area were the oil control ring travels. You can safely run heavier oil, 20w-50 (as long as it is warm outside), that may help a little bit.

I´ve driven about 300-400 miles. I dont think I have to worry about oil seal area because this is actually 2nd time we agglomerate engine after porting (first time was unlucky for me..) and we didnt have this problem then. How many miles should I drive until I can go to dyno? (boost pressure 4.5psi at the moment)

Just a thought but the turbo could be burning the oil as well. What is the condition of your turbo (miles, shft play, etc.)? Aron is right consumption of oil is normal for a new re-build. Give it 500-1000 and things should settle down.
