Rebuild , Smoke Problem

Rebuild , Smoke Problem

Hey I only have 190 miles on my rebuild. my car this smoking in enormous amounts when I accelerate it, this is normal?

It shouldn't be smoking an enormous amount. A little smoke on start up is not uncommon. You might have a problem with the oil control rings. Did you replace with new ones or reuse the old? Old ones are fine to use if they measure within factory specs.

on my rebuild i used (NEW):
RA APEX SEALS
Side Seals 93-95
Side Seals Springs 93-95
RA O-ring KIt
Corner Seals 93-95
Corner Seals Springs 93-95
RA Gasket Set

that I need to replace then?

oh, you're in the dominican republic. I don't know if it has the same emissions equipment as in the US. Usually it'll smoke a lot if you block off the crankcase ventilation. I was thinking you might have blocked it off if you removed your emissions equipment.

then you may have blocked the crankcase ventilation. You need to let it vent out probably to an oil catch can. Try driving around with your oil filler cap removed. If the smoke goes away, you need to fix your pvc system.
