rebuild question
I am in the process of doing a swap. I am rebuilding the engine and want to put it in so I can clear up some room in the garage. I wanted to know if it woud be determental to the engine to rebuild it put it in the car and get it all running and ready to go while not having the rear end installed in it. I think it might sit for about a month or 2 before it is goign to get driven. If I start it up and let it idle like 15 mins a week will this be bad by not driving it and breaking it in?

That should be fine, when engines are built at the factory, they don't go in the car immediately anyway. By running it without driving it, you are going to decrease the load on the engine, (by a swap i assume you mean turbo) and without boost, boost is bad during break in anyway..
Just make damn sure that your cooling system is working well, I'd install a good aftermarket H2O gauge and watch it close!.
