irrelevant question.

what is important is the compression it builds after several hundred to several thousand miles.

compression is all relevant to the condition of the housings and seals so if you are using used parts it will obviously be quite low.

How many miles do you have on your rebuild?

Are they all even bounces?

How did you do your compression check?

Wankel7, get your hand off "it", but good questions. Karack, how is compression irrelevant on a rebuild? 60 across the board would be acceptable numbers with a rebuild with all new parts? Sounds like that is what you are saying, and what he is showing. Not challenging you, just seems like IT IS relevant. Just saying, because last time I checked mine, with almost 150 thousand miles, i was showing 110-115.

It's also highly dependent on how you clearance the motor and what you use in the rebuild process.
I tend to use a lot of motor oil in the engine and clearance them on the tight side, and I can easily get 90's.
