rear subframe ( cant find one ) help!
well i found out why my rear end sounds like itsknocking or seems like it, i jacked up my T2 and looked under and saw my rear subframe was broken cracked w/e! i been searching the forums for someone selling one but i cant find one i only see people fixing them by welding them, i want to know if anyone knows where i can buy one or if u have any suggestions on what i should do , its broken in the middle not completely, ill take a picture of it today wen i can and post it, also is there any aftermarket rear subframe i can buy which are better than original?

you dont want to buy a brand new subframe. there is no reason to and even if you could find one, it wouldn't be cheap. post an add in the classifieds section (which is what you do when looking for parts, not posting in the tech section). i have a couple of them if you feel like driving to ohio

Put It on the car if its not already and take it to a FAB shop and have them Weld It it will be fine.
Make sure they weld it wile the chassie is not under stress.
or realy you could weld it off the car just dount quench it and make sure you dont weld it with a 110 welder

Weld it up.
Don't quench it. That will make the weld far too brittle and it will crack beside the weld.
Someone who know how to properly use a 110V welder can do it.
