87 na... 87 Turbo? Did it have compression and suddenly lost it, or has the engine been sitting, not running for awhile? If it had been running and lost it suddenly, then you are in for a rebuild.

More details on the situation!

How do you know it has lost compression, ie how are you testing the compression? What numbers are you getting for compression?

if you are 100% sure it lost compression and you have tested with a compression checker, then you know what you must do.

unplug the rear injectors, and drive it like that. might get you able to drive it around. some people have driven to California and back from the east coast on a blown rotor and not known it.

the damage wont continue to happen. once its been done, its been done, so no more can happen.

or just rebuild the thing
