rear iron missing oil pan bolt holes

Anyone ever run in to this before? I broke my s4 rear iron a while back, got a replacement s5 iron, built the engine, and when I went to install the oil pan, 3 bolt holes are completely missing from the rear iron. Not misaligned or full of crud or anything, they are completely not there.

Drive it around and see if it seals. If it doesn't, drill and tap the missing holes. I am missing a few bolts on my oil pan(cause I cross threaded them ), works fine with them missing even with an RTV gasket thus far. S4 NA doesn't get a lot of oil pressure anyway.
