Rear caliper dragging. Brake rotor HOT. Options?

I have a 1987 S4 tii with the 5 lug. My rear passenger side brake seems to be stuck on, and it drags. The rotor got up to 200 degrees f on an 8 mile drive, while all the others were cool to the touch. Seems like the piston is not retracting. What are my options?
  1. Try to find used calipers, how do I make sure they are good?
  2. Rebuild kit? Is there any options for this?
  3. Upgrades? What aftermarket calipers are there to upgrade to? Anything direct fit?
  4. Any other options?
Any information is helpfull

that has happened to me a couple of times, caliper needs a rebuild, only option i'm aware of is the Mazda kit.

you can take it off and wind the piston in, basically reset the thing, if it was sticky it might unstick and be ok

Mazdatrix for the kit or call my Mazda dealer? Does that include the pistons? I'll try using the special tool and turn it back all the way. When I do that, do I have to open the bleeder?

no need to open the bleeder, just turn the thing in, and make sure the slides are not stuck.

the kit is FB02-49-240, no reason Mazdatrix couldn't get it. pistons are separate, but probably not needed

Could be. On a side note, does anyone know where to get the needle bearing for the ebrake, it goes in the caliper.

Found the needle bearing, part # for the bearing is H001-26-205
