Rear brake caliper

So I'm replacing one of the rear calipers on my vert but can't figure out how to get it off of the bracket to put the new one on. I got the bolt off but am having problems with the mounting pin on the rear of the caliper so i was just wondering how it comes off.

If im not mistaken it requires an allen wrench? Might be wrong.

The caliper itself can be removed by unbolting the caliper pin, sliding the one side of the caliper up, and then it slides off the other pin. To take the bracket off there are two bolts.

Oh well i took the bolt off and swung the caliper up and it still wont come off the pin so is it a allen head behind the cap on the caliper.

There is no allen head. There are 2 bolts that hold the caliper on the hub and one bolt on the caliper that can be taken out which will enable it to pivot. They are both 12 or 14mm IIRC.

try giving the caliper a friendly tap to try and convince it to come off the slide pin.

Id normally lightly torch it a little bit then hammer it of the sliding pin gently.
Also, lube the pins up when putting the caliper back on. They like to seize up on that pin.
