Re-using this rotor

Hello all,
I have an engine that I just broke down after it sat for ~22 years and surprising everything looks really good except for some damage to the rotor caused by a broken apex seal. I am at college till the weekend so I will post a better picture of it this weekend but what are peoples thoughts on this?

possibly, if you can clean it up, and the groove can be made straight, and its within spec its reusable.

that was my thought but I just wanted to make sure ahead of time. I will check all the specs and report back.
