Can this rotor be used??

I am in the process of rebuilding a 1988 TII. I pulled the engine apart yesterday and found that the rear rotor had all 3 apex seals broken. They were still in the rotor except for one small piece that I imagine was pushed out of the exhaust. Anyway, the point of this post is to ask if anyone can tell me if this rotor can be used again. I know I am going to replace the housing. Sorry for the crummy pic quality, can't seem to get the closeup to focus correct.

I don't know if it's reusable or not but I know I wouldn't put that in my engine.

Looks like toast to me... Might be able to mill it out for a 3mm apex seal...

the two things that i would use that rotor for:

1. A big paperweight!

OR the one i go for!!

2. A burnout motor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if it pops it pops, make it up with f*@ked bits!
thats wat i done in the past on its fun popping the motor!!!!

Well, you could send it to Hurley Eng, so that they can machine it for 4mm(oversize) seals, otherwise, slap it together with worn parts, and when it breaks, then at least you got some fun out of it.

I wouldn't use it in anything I want to be reliable.
