Rattling from the back

Since I never got a solution from the stereo thread, I'm posting this here.

When I stand outside my car and I've got my subs pounding, I can hear this annoying rattle coming from the right side of the hatch. It appears to be coming from where that rain collector is.
I've tried putting electrical tape between the metal and the body, but it's still there. I'm not sure what else can stand up to being soaked in water and still be alright. Has anyone fixed/come across this before?

Exact same problem 2 years ago. It turns out that my right side trunk latch was loose. Actually just one of the bolts. That was enough for my loud exhaust to rattle It to a point I spent a good part of the day tracking It down. You may want to check to see that all bolts, screws, retainer clips are doing there job.

you know it probally isnt this but there was this rattling in my spare tire well and i checked and the tire holder was loose and there was a bolt flying around every where so i tightened it up and it stopped but the rattling was because my exhaust made it do that

It's not the spare tire (took it out) nor the license plate (that's a whole different rattle ). All the bolts and clips appear to be in snug.

I have located to exactly where the rain collector is, and I'm going to remove the metal cover to see if it helps. If not, would it hurt to fill that collector with some expanding foam caulk?
